Our Legal Notices in One Place
This is where we keep the legal side of memet4d tidy and readable. You'll find the account terms, privacy posture and the rules that shape how we run...
Policy Scope and Jurisdiction Wording
Our legal documents cover the contract between you and memet4d: how accounts open, what data we hold, how disputes are handled, and how we communicate policy changes. Access to specific lobby areas is offered where local law permits, and certain features are limited to supported regions. We keep clauses in one running document so you can search by heading rather than chasing
PDFs. Each revision is timestamped, and material changes are flagged at the top of the page before the effective date. If a clause conflicts with mandatory local consumer rules, the local rule prevails for that section only.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
How We Keep Policy Honest
Dated Revisions
Every clause carries a last-edited stamp so you can tell what shifted and when. Older versions stay archived and linkable...
Plain-Language Pass
Each policy section gets a plain-language pass before publishing. Lawyer wording stays where it must, but the summary above every...
Single Source
We keep one canonical legal page rather than scattered PDFs. That single source is what our support, compliance and product...
Change Log
A visible change log sits at the top of the document. Material edits — account, payment, data — are summarised...
Independent Counsel
External counsel reviews our terms on a fixed cycle, with an extra pass triggered by regulatory shifts in Indonesia. Their...
Reader Feedback
If a clause reads ambiguously, tell us. We log reader feedback against the section number and address recurring confusion in...
Consistency Across Our Policy Pages
| Terms vs Privacy | Terms govern the account contract; privacy governs the data. Where they touch — verification, retention — we cross-reference the exact clause number so you aren't reading two stories about one event. |
|---|---|
| Privacy vs Cookies | Privacy explains what we collect and why; the cookie notice covers browser-side storage only. Both share the same retention windows so nothing contradicts between the two documents. |
| Cookies vs Notices | Cookie text is technical and short. General notices carry the human summary. Read the notice for context, then the cookie table for the exact identifiers and durations on the page. |
| Notices vs Updates | Notices are evergreen statements. Updates are dated entries against a specific clause. If a notice changes, an update line records it — never the other way around. |
| Updates vs Archive | The update feed shows what changed this cycle. The archive holds full prior versions. Both link to each other so you can move from a diff to the full historical text in one click. |
| Archive vs Live | Archived terms are read-only and clearly marked. Only the live document binds your account. We never silently revive an archived clause without it appearing in the update feed first. |
| Indonesia Scope | Across every policy page, the Indonesia scope section uses identical wording. That way you don't have to re-read three pages to confirm which clauses apply in your region. |
